About Me
Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I drink coffee like it’s a survival mechanism, I believe dessert is a necessary food group, and I have an uncanny ability to remember completely useless facts—but forget why I walked into a room.
I’m a wife, a mom, and a person who somehow functions despite running on minimal sleep and pure determination. My life is a mix of chaos, laughter, and a never-ending to-do list. I have two amazing kids—one who keeps me on my toes with endless questions and another who believes she’s the boss (she might be right). My husband is the calm to my storm… most days.
One thing I’m really passionate about? Mental health. I spent years in counseling with an incredible therapist, who I started working with a few months after a medical trauma in 2020. We worked together up until last year, and those sessions changed my life. Processing trauma, learning to navigate anxiety, and figuring out how to keep moving forward—it’s not easy, but it’s important. I truly believe in taking care of your mind the same way you’d take care of a broken bone. Because healing—real healing—takes work, patience, and the right support.
I’ve been through a lot—some of it hilarious, some of it incredibly hard. I could probably write a book (and maybe I will). But through it all, I’ve learned that life is about finding joy in the little moments, rolling with the unexpected, and laughing whenever possible.
I love writing, organizing things that will inevitably become unorganized again, and making plans that may or may not happen. If you ever need a random movie quote, a snack recommendation, or someone to overshare with, I’m your person.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet—where life is messy, real, and always a work in progress!
